The methodology

At Visual Decision, we believe sincerely that the use of an analytical multicriteria method can really make decision-making more effective.

Decision Lab's method PROMETHEE (1) is based on a principle of comparison by pair. These methods include classification PROMETHEE I and PROMETHEE II. These classifications allow to consider the perceptions and priorities of the decision-makers, without sacrificing for the rationality and the reliability of the analysis.

The unique descriptive tool GAIA (2) is a graphic representation of the decision problem that offers a global sight of conflicts enter criteria, characteristics of actions and level-headedness of criteria. In Decision Lab, this method is used collectively with the representation 3D to help the decision-maker to identify or the best compromise solutions.
